Four Directions Medicine:
Traditional European Medicine meets Native American Medicine

According to Lakota Tradition, the Four Directions bring purity of mind, body and spirit, and signify the union of all nations – black, red, yellow and white. This seminar honors the past and looks to the future by bringing two streams together: Native American, based on Lakota knowledge, and Traditional European Medicine, based on Paracelsus and Rudolf Steiner.
Over four days, we will explore the Spirit and Wisdom of the Earth and the Healing Plants through these two systems of traditional medicine.
We will spend time in a beautiful, biodynamic garden getting to know the plants on a deep level through theoretical knowledge and observation, as well as insight into the Native American Wisdom honoring the Earth and all living creatures.
There will be opportunity to experience and work with plants as partners in healing through both streams.
In the evening, we will sit around the fire and experience the Spirit and Wisdom of Lakota culture and healing traditions.
